Where, What, When, Huh?

Can someone please explain to me where the last year and a bit went? Shortly after my last post I decided to quit smoking. I went about searching for something tactile that was far more stressful than NOT having a cigarette in the hope that when I stopped using said item, I would feel a sense of stress relief. Said item was my childhood arch-nemesis the Rubik’s Cube. Sadly after 31-ish years I managed to complete not only a 3x3x3 cube, but pretty much ANY cube handed to me (the largest I own is a vcube 7 – Basically a 7x7x7 cube made by Verdes Innovations SA). Cubes kept me very busy for a few months until I was forced to change job in order to accommodate the impending baby (Sofia Mai Vallejo) that was about to take over our lives, house and car. Unfortunately, delivering beverages for a living means that I am unable to play with my cubes at work anymore. Having a very curious baby who grabs at and shovels anything and everything in her mouth means I am mostly unable to play with the cubes at home either. What else, what else…  hmm…   I took up rock climbing and I play far too much Call of Duty: Black Ops. In fact, the only reason I’m even writing this is because the Black Ops First Strike map pack hasn’t finished downloading yet
